Thermoplastic Line marking machine is a kind of road construction machinery which is widely used in road, highway, parking lot, square and runway to draw different restrictions, guidelines and warnings on the flat ground. 1. Double-layer stainless steel thermal paint barrel and inserting manual mixing device, the melt temperature and shape can be ensured to reach the best state by heating with high-efficiency gas stove.
2. Synchronized clutch glass bead seeder, and improved seeder, make the glass beads more evenly scattered on the marking line;
3. The rear wheel alignment system enables the equipment to move in a straight line with high precision and ultra-thin material. The scraper structure scratch bucket and wear-resistant cemented carbide floor knife make the edge of the marking line more neat and beautiful.
4.The marking width is 100/150/200/300/400/450mm. The marking bucket of the corresponding width can be replaced according to the requirement, and the width can be customized according to the requirement.

The Marking shoes made by alloy material, It can keep marking the beautiful lines when the road is not flat. Simple structure , easy to disassemble, change and maintain. We have different size shoes to be chose, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 45cm or customed.

Glass beads dispenser makes the dispensing synchronization with the marking line and ensures the quantity of the dispensing is controllable and adjustable.

Paint tank Increasing the tank volume to 125L, It can melt more paint onetime to save time and improve efficiency.

Tank filter to avoid happening of bad feeding such as missing, blocking, hard operation or easy damage;

Glass beads tank volume to 125L, fulfill the extra requirement on surface paints.
